Fire destroyed one two-story house and five rented houses on Jalan Bekasi Raya, RT 02/02 Rawa Terate Urban Village, Cakung, East Jakarta. Allegedly, it was triggered by electricity short-circuit.

Fire broke out from the roof of a house belonging to one of residents at 7.25 AM. It caused thick smoke on the second floor. Not long after, the fire quickly grew up and spread to other houses.
